We’re not a call centre or a national franchise. When you book with us, these are the people (and dogs) behind the business. We keep things simple: turn up, do the job properly and treat every home as if it were our own. Every property we clean is a showcase of our work.

POSHJANNER

Matt

Matt brings the business and customer service side of PoshJanner. He looks after bookings, organises the rounds, meets customers and gets out there cleaning too.

After more than 20 years running businesses, his aim is to build a modern local cleaning company that combines great service with easy online booking, straightforward pricing and proper communication.

He’s also developed the slightly annoying habit of looking at every house he passes and saying, “Those gutters need doing.”

REACH WINDOW CLEANING

Richard

Richard brings 25 years of window cleaning experience through Reach Window Cleaning. After a quarter of a century cleaning windows around the local area, he knows the rounds, the customers and the kind of practical details you can’t learn overnight.

Richard was also one of the first local window cleaners to bring water-fed pole cleaning to Plymouth, helping introduce the reach-and-wash approach we use today.

Alongside Reach Window Cleaning, Richard also runs Coinwash Laundrette in Plymstock, so he’s very much part of the local business community.

Together, Matt and Richard combine Richard’s years of hands-on experience with a modern approach to booking, communication and customer service.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Ruby

Ruby is Matt’s daughter and the youngest human member of the PoshJanner team. She helps run our social media, keeps an eye on what we’re posting and makes sure Dad doesn’t make everything boring.

More importantly, she’s Koda’s mum — which might actually be the more demanding of her two jobs.

VAN SECURITY

Koda

Koda is our German Shepherd pup and self-appointed head of van security. Her main responsibilities include guarding Matt’s van, supervising proceedings and generally looking far more intimidating than she actually is.

Her security policy has one serious flaw: bring her a treat and you’re immediately her best friend.

HEAD OF RELAXATION

Louis

Louis is Richard’s Jack Russell and takes a rather different approach to working life than Koda. While she’s on security duty, he prefers the quiet life — ideally hanging out in Richard’s van, watching the world go by and waiting for the occasional treat.

His priorities are simple: quiet van, comfy seat, plenty of treats. He’s already achieved the work-life balance the rest of us are aiming for.

OUR WAY OF DOING THINGS

Leave it looking better than we found it.

We use a professional pure-water pole system, with our water tested daily at 0 TDS. That helps windows dry naturally without detergent residue or streaks. Windows, frames, sills and doors are included as standard, and we’ll often take care of those little extras while we’re there.

Whether it’s Matt or Richard at your property, the standard should be the same. We want you to know who’s coming to your home, receive clear communication and have a reliable local team you can come back to year after year.
